Along with its services, its had a strong after-sales service that was responsible for the servicing and maintenance of all offerings of the company. Due to their efficiency and swiftness, the company was offered several contracts and saw great successes over its lifespan.



Neutron Electronic Systems Pvt. Ltd.

Neutron Electronics, founded in 1971, was a pioneering company in the electronics industry. Known to import Key Telephone Systems (KTS), it dealt with high-profile clients including the Indian Government. Being provided with a contract to install and manage communication lines between the Prime Minister and other Cabinet Ministers, Neutron set a standard in the industry for its high-quality and innovative electronic products. Under Nanik’s visionary leadership, the company set new standards in the industry, earning a reputation for excellence and reliability.

Neutron Electronics was also known for their after sales services, which set them apart from the competition. Responding quicker to problems than any other company in the public or private sector, Neuton garnered a reputation of swiftness and reliability.



Adino Telecom Pvt. Ltd.

Adino Telecom, founded by Nanik Rupani in collaboraton with senior promoters of ONIDA, is a leading telecommunications company renowned for its innovative and reliable solutions for wireless communication. During its inception, Adino Telecom was given an exclusive license to provide communication services to government offices and employees, and played a pivotal role in advancing the telecommunications industry of India, providing state-of-the-art products and services that enhance connectivity and operational efficiency for businesses soon later.

Under Rupani's strategic leadership, the company partnered with Motorola, testing radio-tracking equipment in-house and setting new standards for wireless communication in India.

Currently Adino's business solutions comprise of System Integration, Storage Solutions, Networking Solutions, Two Way Radio Solutios & LED Lighting Solutions.



Contact Point (A division of Roopmeck Electricals Pvt. Ltd.)

Established by Nanik Rupani in collaboration with the Indian government and inaugurated by M.C. Venkataraman, Contact Point was a groundbreaking service created during a time when telephones were not universally accessible. Recognizing the need for effective and reliable communication, Contact Point emerged as a vital solution, providing the public with access to telephones and enhancing connectivity for everyone in a time where post offices provided irregular and unreliable connections.

During its operational years, Contact Point played a crucial role in bridging the communication gap, offering state-of-the-art telecommunication access points that facilitated better connectivity for individuals and businesses. Under Nanik’s visionary leadership, the service set new standards in public telecommunication services, making communication more inclusive and accessible, all while reducing waiting times by a large amount.



Hind Decor

Hind Decor, founded by Nanik Rupani and associates, was an interior design and decor company. With Ar. Romesh Pathare, they designed several notable spaces, like the Maharaja Lounge in the Mumbai International Airport (a prestigious area reserved for VIPs like the Prime Minister). Being immensely appreciated for their work from JRD Tata themselves, the firm was offered contracts in the Air India building and even in several locations around the world, including buildings in New York City and London.

Hind Decor's innovative designs and commitment to quality set it apart in the market, contributing significantly to its success and reputation.



Hind Industries

Hind Industries, a partnership between the Rupanis and the Meckonis, was a company supplying hardware equipment to large industries and conglomerates. Their most notable customers included Mafatlal Industries and the National Machinery Manufacturers (NMM), to whom their would deal Powerlooms and other heavy machinery.

Hind Industries soon merged with and turned into Hind Decor, then transitioning into interior design and decor.



Eastmen Art Emporium

Nanik founded Eastmen Art Emporium with Jawhar Muchalla and Kant Pandit due to his love for handicrafts. Seeing the craftsmen being paid poorly for their art, Nanik wished to buy local handicrafts directly from the craftsmen without the need for a middleman. Curating a selection of indigenous crafts and artifacts himself, Nanik brought in articles from each state of India. Based out of the famous Air India Building on Marine Drive, Mumbai, Eastman Art Emporium gained the recognition of many for their exceptional craftsmanship and aesthetic appeal, including JRD Tata himself, who was often seen admiring the exquisite wares present on display!

Eastmen Art Emporium marked a turning point in Nanik’s life, with him shifting his focus out of the textile industry and towards a completely different industry previously unknown to him. Despite the hardships faced in the start, Eastman Art Emporium saw massive success in the long run and marked another success in Nanik’s life.



Nanik Silk Industries

Nanik Silk Industries started off specializing in the export of luxurious scarfs and saris from Mumbai. This being the first company started by Nanik independently, it helped him in cementing his position in the textile industry of Mumbai, while also helping him during his transition out of the family business. Turning into a prominent company known for its production of high-quality silk fabrics, Nanik Silk Industries gained widespread recognition from people and companies, with their most notable customers including Reliance Industries and other large conglomerates.

The company had major influences in the form of Nanik's previous ventures, Radha Silk Industries and Roop Textiles, but the successes of Nanik Silk Industries demonstrated the capabilities of Nanik as an independant businessman and showed a glimpse of the massive successes that Nanik would soon be witnessing in the near future.



Radha Silk Industries

Radha Silk Industries, another Rupani family enterprise, was a key player in the textile sector specializing in high-quality silk fabrics. Continuing on from the offerings of Roop Textiles, the company would manufacture and sell elegant and luxurious silk textiles, which were highly regarded for their craftsmanship and superior quality.

Radha Silk Industries was marked as the last family-owned business that Nanik was a part of. The offerings and services, although not the same, were soon taken forward and perfected under the Nanik Silk Industries name. The company’s commitment to producing premium silk fabrics and its influence on the market reflect its important role in shaping the industry during its years of operation and how it affected future companies and industries that Nanik got into.



Roop Textiles

Roop Textiles, started by the Rupani family, was Nanik Rupani's fresh start in the textile industry. The company owned powerlooms in Bhiwandi that manufactured Nylon-based textiles which were managed by Nanik himself. These textiles helped Roop Textiles in gaining recognition for their innovative production process and their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Nanik was responsible for the co-ordination between workers and management within the company and would be seen making his way from Wadala to Thane every day, transfering through 3 different train lines in the process. Roop Textiles was the first of many textile companies managed by Nanik but the experience he gained helped him in growing exponentially within the textile sector in his future endeavours.
